Our packaging is done with utmost care using the best quality materials sourced from reliable vendors, and we ensure that our packages undergo thorough testing before being used for shipping.

Delivery Process

Once your order is processed, our team inspects your products to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final round of quality checks, your products are packed and handed over to our trusted logistic partner for delivery. In case our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the provided shipping address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all products in your order, including any free gifts, will be shipped to the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing your order, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging our products. Each product is wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items such as glass bottles are secured with additional layers of bubble wrap. We then pack our products in sturdy cardboard boxes before handing them over to our logistic partner for delivery. Sage Visvamitra India LLP takes responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit.

Locations

Sage Visvamitra India LLP ships to almost all pin codes throughout India. The list of serviceable pin codes may change from time to time depending on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your pin code on any of our product pages or by providing your shipping details on the checkout page.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier company details. If you are a registered user, you can also track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our website and clicking on the “Your Orders” tab.
