Return and Refund Policy

At Visvamitra, we take pride in offering you high-quality products that come from the Himalayas and are purified using the ancient Shodhana technique. We hope you love our products and find them beneficial for your health and wellness.

However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have the option to send it back to us within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund or exchange it for a different product of your liking.

To qualify for a return or refund, the product should be in its original condition and packaging with the seal intact. We cannot process a return or refund if the seal is broken as it affects the quality and purity of the product.

To start a return or refund, please get in touch with our customer care team at SAGEVISVAMITRA@GMAIL.COM or +91-8093003383 with your order number and reason for returning. We will give you a return authorization number and the address where you need to ship the product back.

Please be aware that you will have to bear the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.

Once we get your returned product, we will check it and inform you via email or phone about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit your original mode of payment within 7 Banking Days.
